Getting started
Ora is a time tracker and invoicing tool for independent consultants. Log work in plain language, manage clients and rates, and generate polished invoices. To begin, create a free account, add a client, and capture your first entry by typing a sentence such as “3 hours strategy session with Acme.”
You can use Ora on the web at oraconsultant.ai and in the iPhone and iPad app. Your data stays in sync across all of them.
Billing and subscriptions
Plans. Free includes up to 75 AI captures a month and 3 clients. Ora Plus adds up to 1,500 captures, unlimited clients, and full invoicing. Ora Pro adds unlimited captures plus the analytics dashboard, annual forecast, and calendar integration.
Free trial. New Plus subscribers get a 30-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before then.
Managing your subscription. If you subscribed in the iPhone or iPad app, manage or cancel in your Apple Account: open Settings on your device, tap your name, then Subscriptions. If you subscribed on Android, use the Play Store app, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions. If you subscribed on the web, manage billing from your Account page in Ora.
Refunds. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are subject to that store's refund process. Email us and we will help point you to the right place.
Account and data
Reset your password. Use the “Forgot password” link on the sign-in screen and follow the email instructions.
Export your data. You can export all of your entries to Excel from the Reports page at any time.
Delete your account. You can request full account deletion by emailing support@oraconsultant.ai. We confirm and complete deletion within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
Common questions
My AI captures are not parsing correctly. Include the client name, the time, and a short description in your sentence. If a result looks wrong, you can edit any entry directly before saving.
How do I connect my calendar? Calendar integration is a Pro feature. Connect Google Calendar or Microsoft 365 / Outlook from Settings, then Integrations. Access is read-only.
Can I bill clients in different currencies? Yes. Each client can have its own rate and currency, and invoices are generated accordingly.
